1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using JeeMB (https://jeemb.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.

2. Services Provided

JeeMB provides a software solution that allows users to manage and optimize their digital business presence. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our platform in accordance with these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credit System (Pay-As-You-Go)

  • No Subscriptions: JeeMB operates on a credit-based system. You are not charged a recurring monthly fee.
  • Purchase of Credits: Users purchase credits to utilize specific functionalities within the platform.
  • Validity: Purchased credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.
  • Non-Transferable: Credits are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for the content you post or manage via our tools and must ensure your actions comply with third-party platform policies (e.g., Google’s Business Profile policies).

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Platform Dependence: Our services rely on third-party APIs (specifically Google). We are not liable if functionality is disrupted due to changes in third-party API policies, downtime, or limitations imposed by Google.
  • No Warranty: The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination due to a breach, any remaining credits in your account will be forfeited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. JeeMB and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
