Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Since JeeMB operates on a "Pay-As-You-Go" credit model and not a subscription model, there is no recurring subscription to cancel.

  • Stopping Service: You may stop using our services at any time. No further action is required to "cancel" beyond ceasing use of the platform.
  • Account Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and data by contacting our support team.

2. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Credits: All purchases of credits on JeeMB are final. We do not offer refunds for unused credits once the transaction is completed.
  • No Expiration: Your credits do not expire. If you choose to stop using the service temporarily, your credits will remain in your account for future use.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the specific event of a technical error where:

  • You were charged by the payment gateway, but the corresponding credits were not added to your JeeMB account balance.

In such cases, you must contact support within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment. If verified, we will manually credit your account or process a refund at our discretion.
